Refund policy

 

At Love, Hayaah, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a refund within 7 days of delivery. 

Conditions for Refund 

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. If item did not have a tag, we will inspect it to make sure it’s in it’s original condition.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return and exchange shipping. Kindly contact us via email for the return shipping address. 
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned items are safely received.

*Please note that sale and accessory items are non-refundable and FINAL SALE*- This includes all Archive Edit items.
